Palm, inc. asked Y&R to do something with free media that was gifted to them by The Westfield Center during the holiday shopping season. Strategy: Make un-impactful obscure media in a crowded environment stand out and drive shoppers to Palm’s Flagship store in the Valley Fair Mall. In areas that get a lot of traffic in the mall, we placed life-sized stickers on the ground that were directly connected to the message on the media. You couldn’t miss it! Traffic to the Palm store swelled to an additional 53% more than the pervious year.

 
 

Palm Inc. wanted a creative campaign that would introduce 2 new innovative products to early adopters by taking over city transit stations. Strategy: The Palm Foleo and Treo are the only devices that work in perfect harmony with each other. Users can work on either device and be able to transfer and update between both devices, always having what you need no matter what device you are working on at the time.
